Operation Grateful Heart

Blount County has a long and rich history of supporting its veterans. Blount County Operation Grateful Heart was founded by the late Charles Carr, Amy Rhudy and John Trantham of Blount County. It assists military personnel returning from foreign assignments and their families with essential support. We are proud to help them.
